Honest question: how big will the stadium be after the remodel? Article

fans constantly remind us, it doesn't matter what a team's ranking and
record are "when you play them", the ONLY thing that really counts is
their ranking and record at the of the season. Not only was
Utah's 2016 bowl opponent, Indiana, a weak team with a losing record (6-7),
the Hoosiers were an even weaker bowl opponent, not having won a bowl game in

Don't worry be happy folks. BYU is having a down year and SO is Utah. A
lot of Utah fans have belittled BYU this year and I asserted that when you are
so negative about another instate team sometimes the negatives can fall back on
your own team. Alas, I was proven right and now the Utah fans know how much
these losses leave a really bad feeling in your stomach. Not making a bowl game
and having a losing season just takes the joy our of your season doesn't

boorish person might have an impact?
@uteology and you're right behind at 5 and 7
Always a bunch on BYU fans that rush in to make negative posts about Utah. That
I expect.Always a few BYU fans with inane comments about P5
conferences, about the quality of the Utah program, and the future of the Utah
program. Pretty bold for fans of a horrible 3 win team to talk trash, but that
I expect as well. Then there are a couple of posters that just flat
out lie and make up things. While that is what I find the most annoying, I also
expect that. But c'mon MarkedItDown - Utah didn't play a team with a

the 8 win SEC teams don't all get top 25 matchups, ask Texas A&M.
The Utes offense has been pretty average for many years. I think the difference
this year is a weaker defense and O line.

Many of the experts also said because of losing so many to the NFL and having a
new offensive coordinator that we'd only win 4 games. So we've done
one better in winning 5 and though it's been rough, I'm not ruling out
that we could win the last two. It won't be easy, but it is absolutely
possible based on how everyone has played this year and the losses they've
had. Go Utes! Believe!!
It is depressing. There is so much potential, but with injuries and young
offensive line and offensive group as a whole is tough. That said, even with
the injuries the defense is impressive and I see great future potential.
However, let's face it since Sitaki left there really has not been a Sack
Lake City. Coach Pease was more about stops, and Scalley hasn't really
brought is back to the last two years either. Special teams is also pretty darn
good too. Look at where our punter and kicker are ranked in the country. I record and watch every PAC-12 game and we have lots of positives.
The weakest area is the young offensive line. They do need to do better at
protecting the QB to give him more time to pass. That being said there are also
huge offensive coaching and communication issues. Never have I heard Utah
receive so many ineligible receiver penalties that end up negating positive
yardage. When I hear that call I want to scream. Regarding
coaching, do we need changes? No. It would ultimately hurt Utah in 2 ways. One,
like it or not, especially on offense, it's a rebuilding & learning
year. New coach new line. Two, recruiting. Give them another year. I have
A lot of negative Nancys out there. I get the DN is owned by LDS so more Y fans
will comment and nice win by the way. Utah out gained Wazzu with "just"
367 yards. The QB ran more than Moss because Moss was hurt. 50 sellouts
justifies a RES Stadium expansion and it's more infrastructure than adding
seating capacity. Utah lost 15 players to the NFL from last years team. 4 of 5
from the O line alone. Utah can beat the Huskies in Seattle and that is reality.
Is it frustrating to not play well and still be in the game - yes. We
don't need a new OC Taylors system is fine - a lot of dropped balls and
obviously coaches don't turn the ball over players do. Here's to
getting to six wins so I can make a roadie to PHX. Brad Rock why all the hate?
Nobody is calling for KWhitts head. Get six wins and with it some extra practice
time and a necessity for recruiting.
Tone it down Rock.Utah won 9, 10 and 9 the last three seasons before
this one in a loaded Power 5.If they could keep sellouts going
through 2012 and 2013, they can weather this stretch.
Rock is correct .... Time for a complete new makeover for this ute program ...

What is going on? What do we play for now? There must be something we can do .
Come on guys take one game at a time. At the start of the season we had a chance
to play for the national championship. Now we just get to play and maybe get
into a bowl.
Goodbye to another OC. A stadium at this point is not exciting, usually
stadiums are announced when teams are and crowds are amazing. Nothings been
amazing for years. Announce a stadium rebuild in a 5-5 season, desperate.
What, the Utes have nothing to play for except a minor bowl? And they need to
beat Colorado, who has a bye before the game, to avoid the basement in the PAC12
South? How can that be after we heard how great they were after going 4-0? I
suppose they should be thanking the official that flagged BYU for offense pass
interference and nullified a touchdown; a PAC12 official to be sure. Well, good
luck against the Buffalos---they seem to have your number when all the marbles
are on the line.
